PRIVACY
How this website handles your enquiry
Browser preferences, local enquiry drafts and the email contact route.
What happens in this public website
This notice covers the marketing website’s browser features and email contact route. Separate products, future upload services and external email providers require their own applicable information.
Language preference in this browser
The localStorage key zingnergy-website-v1-language stores only your language code, not enquiry text. Change it with the language control or remove it by clearing this site’s browser storage.
Preparing an email is not sending it
The form validates fields and prepares a draft in your browser. Open Email App passes it to your configured email application. The website does not submit it or confirm delivery; you decide whether to send.
Copy Enquiry Text uses the clipboard when permitted. You can edit or discard the text. Leaving or reloading the page may remove unsaved entries; there is no saved-enquiry account.
Draft and task-brief downloads use a browser-local Blob to create the file. Nothing is submitted to a server. You choose where to save it and whether to share it.
Illustrations and ordinary page requests
Concept interactions run in the browser without uploads, camera or location access, or live AI analysis. The frontend has no analytics tracker. Page loads request site files from the serving host; this notice does not describe that host’s logs.
Share a project outline first
Start with a task outline, excluding personal records, confidential contracts, credentials and sensitive site details. Sent email passes through your and the recipient’s email services. Use the contact route for questions.
Questions before a project
Does entering the form send my information?
No. The current form prepares a local draft. You must choose to send the message in your email application.
What is saved by the website in localStorage?
The selected language code. The enquiry fields are not saved there.
Does the inspection concept use my camera?
No. It uses the website’s concept imagery and does not request camera, microphone or location permission.
Where can I ask about information I emailed?
Use the published contact email or contact page and identify the enquiry in a concise message. This website does not provide an account or a server-side enquiry history.
